10 Recipes for Lemon Essential Oil & Free Printable

A few years back when our family decided to kick the chemicals out of our house, one of the things I quickly fell in love with was lemon essential oil! Since then, I have found lots and lots of recipes for lemon essential oil that have proven to be amazing, so I thought I would share a few of my favorites with you!

Recipes for Lemon Essential Oil

Grease Stains

Add a few drops of lemon essential oil to grease stain Rub into stain & toss in wash.

Face Serum

Add 1/2 c jojoba oil, 20 drops Frankincense essential oil, 10 drops lemon essential oil, 10 drops lavender essential oil to a glass dropper bottle. Apply to face after washing.

Dusting Spray

1 c distilled water, 1/4 c vinegar, 2 tsp olive oil, 10-15 drops lemon essential oil. Add to glass spray bottle.

Natural Bleach

1 c water, 1 c peroxide, 20 drops lemon essential oil Mix in glass bottle and spray on surface.

Laundry Detergent

1 1/2 c baking soda, 1 1/2 c washing soda (plain, no additives), 1 c Borax, 1/2 c Epsom salts, 2 T salt, 5 drops Purification Essential Oil, 5 drops lemon essential oil. Combine ingredients in food processor until fine, store in airtight container. Use 2 T per load.

Blackhead Eraser

2 drops lemon essential oil, 1 t. baking soda, enough water to make a paste. Leave on trouble area for 20 minutes.

Mirror & Window Cleaner

½ c white vinegar, ½ c rubbing alcohol, 1 T cornstarch, 10 drops lemon essential oil. Add to glass spray bottle.

Daily Shower Spray

2 c distilled water, 2 T unscented liquid Castile soap, 10 drops lemon essential oil, 15 drops melaleuca essential oil. Add to glass spray bottle.

Seasonal Sniffles

2 drops each: lemon, lavender, peppermint essential oils on the back of the neck 2x/day

Cuticle Softner

Apply lemon essential oil directly to cuticles to soften.
