The end of the school year brings on the crazies. Let’s face it, we moms are basically in survival mode. Then, you realize, you need a gift for your kid’s teachers. Gasp! This super easy teacher gift is crazy fast and simple!

Easy Teacher Gift Idea

3 Quick Steps to make this gift:

  1. First, print out the teacher appreciation tags from the download at the bottom of the post and cut out.
  2. Second, buy the sharpie markers and a container to put them in. I used a glass container I found at Hobby Lobby, but this is a good alternative. An even easier idea would be to put the markers in a cellophane bag and tie with a ribbon.
  3. Finally, have your kiddo sign the gift tag and attach to the container. If you are using a jar, you can use clear packing tape to tape the gift tag to the jar. If you are using the cellophane bag, punch a hole in the corner of the tag and tie it through the ribbon you used to close the bag.

  1. Gifts for the teacher are one thing a mom does not get when she is homeschooling. But you know what I would not change a thing. Just having them with me each day was a real blessing. I will share the link with some of my friends who do not homeschool. They can use some good ideas.

      1. No problem. I have a Homeschool group on Yahoo and some families for whatever reason homeschool some of their children and will send one to public school. I did that when my youngest son was in High school for his Jr. and Sr. years. My daughter said she missed going to school for her senior year and my son asked and I let him go. Of course the schools he went to were checked out scrupulously and in fact I had the guidance counselor check out the two schools that were near our new home before we left. Both schools were small and really worked with special ed children

  2. When you designed this, which labels did you use? I bought Avery 27950 (3.5”x5” shipping labels), but my test print on copy paper doesn’t seem like it will line up. Is there an adjustment I can make?
