Why is this only for boys?
Girls can do the activities too! I think sometimes boy moms run out of ideas and so I wanted to give them some inspiration!
I don’t understand why these activities are for boys! I think girls would like them as well. I’m honestly surprised to see such a narrow-minded view in 2017! Geez!

Narrow-minded is as narrow-minded does. You could have easily responded to Heather’s sharing of ideas, by thanking her and saying something like … I have a daughter and think she will love these too.
YESSS! I actually googled “keep boys busy” because I have a 6 year old BOY to keep entertained without screens this summer. I also have a daughter and took no offense to this.
As a mom of both, I thought these ideas were great. It’s really not that big of a deal that the title says it’s for boys! Can you just do them with your daughters as well and stop being cynical please? Let’s just appreciate the ideas. Thanks for the share. I’m not creative at all and so I, for one, appreciate the ideas shared by those who are.
Great ideas! In my point of view girls are easier to entertained than boys. Boys want action, adventure. Girls can make crafts, have a tea or spa party and will be happy. Boys are way different! They get easily bored unless you let them play with electronics and they become addicted. I really appreciate your ideas!

For those complaining that these are listed as “boys” if you think ur girl would love it, then do it! I have boys & girls. My girls can sit for hours with barbie dolls. My boys, however, I need help keeping them busy! Thanks for the list! I Love it!

This is a great list for boys and girls. I’m glad it was labelled boys because every other list I’ve seen has been more geared towards girls so I wouldn’t have opened it if it didn’t say boys. I was like, finally! I have 3 girls and 1 boy, so I feel like he ends up doing more “girly” things then he should. I believe they would all love the things on this list, so thank you.

People who get uptight about labeling activities for boys or girls are crazy and cranky. It’s not like it says for boys ONLY. This is a great list, that of course works for boys or girls, but it’s definitely geared for entertaining boys. Notice, no finger nail painting/spa days or decorating flip flops, which I feel you see in every general summer list for kids. Meh. Anyways, thanks for the list! I have one boy and another on the way and I can see that my oldest will like all these activities, especially as he gets older.
I was so excited to see this list marked for boys!! I have three boys, and haven’t seen anything else marked for boys. I generally will save other children activity pages, but don’t really have the desire to open it right away, like I did with this one. As far as the people complaining about “why can’t girls do this too”, that is so stupid! Don’t be so petty. Don’t be so judgmental. If I saw a Pink Princess themed list of activities for girls I would never think twice about complaining or attacking the author on why the title said “for girls”. Give me a break, and get a life people! And as far as this activity list “for boys” goes, thank you so much for creating it! I love it and can’t wait to try everything listed! My boys are going to have so much fun!!!
