Then there are those of you who hate talking about goals and resolutions. It feels overwhelming and it’s easiest to avoid all of the new year goal-setting talk! Guess what? It doesn’t have to be overwhelming! Try these 5 Things To Do Right Now To Prepare For A Successful New Year.

1. Organize Your Time :: DAILY

Each day use one of the Daily Task Organizer Sheets to get organized. It’s simple to use, and you will be thrilled with how much more you will accomplish each day. My best advice: don’t fill it out in the morning. Rather, take a few minutes each night before you go to bed to utilize the Daily Task Organizer.

2. Goal Setting

3. Kids – Get them involved!

4. Prioritize Your Health & Body

Ladies, please don’t ignore your body or health! Make exercise and sleep a priority! A healthier you means a happier you, which makes everyone happier.

Keep yourself and your family healthy this year. Change up your medicine cabinet…use essential oils on a daily basis. Our family did this 2 years ago and we have seen crazy changes in our bodies. You can read more about it here.
