Every year we take first day of school photos in the exact same spot. But every year, I make the kids hold a fun, fresh colorful first day of school photo signs.
First Day of School Photo Signs
As cheesy as any teenage boy (specifically my teenage boys!) will say holding a sign is…we all find it really helpful when we look back at photos and can easily tell what grade they were in when the photo was taken.
There should be a sign for every year and grade that you need. You can easily download and print as many signs as you need. Get the printable from the download link at the bottom of the post.

Unfortunately this is not going past the 50% information request. It’s a fantastic idea and as child of mine is finishing school this year, it would be appropriate to have each sign the same with the year printed on it and I can scrapbook it for his 13 years of school life. Pity, but great idea.
