UPDATED: the PENNANTS are now UPDATED, so you can use them for any school year or add your own date!
I always take pictures of the boys on the first and last day of school. All of these pictures have started to “run together”…the older the kids get, the harder it is to identify what grade the kids were in for a particular photo. So, a few years ago, I started having the kids hold signs in their pictures.
- pennant download (link at the bottom of the post)
- card stock
- dowel rods
- bucket for display (optional)
The image below is of my middle kiddo! When we have our Back-to-School Breakfast, I put all of the pennants on display, and people can grab them at their leisure anytime during breakfast and snap a few pictures.
I have made all of the pennants available for you to print! Grades Pre-School – 12 are included in the pdf. After you print (I suggest using card stock for durability and strength) them out, simply use a hole punch to make a hole about 1.5″ from the top and bottom of each pennant. Insert a dowel rod and you’re done!
